2. Service Description

Jarvis is a Google Chat app for Paulus Development project, task and support communication. It can receive Google Chat events, answer mentions, provide setup guidance, create or prepare project-related notes, and help users interact with approved project context inside a Google Chat space.

Jarvis uses a deny-by-default access model. A Chat space must be mapped to an organization, customer, project, thread or approved resource before Jarvis can answer with project-specific context. Unknown spaces receive only setup or safety guidance.

3. Authorized Use

You may use Jarvis only in Google Chat spaces where you are authorized to communicate about the relevant organization, customer, project or support matter. You must not use Jarvis to access information outside your approved scope, to impersonate another person, to test or bypass access controls, or to request credentials, secrets or private information that has not been explicitly shared with you.

In multi-user spaces, Jarvis normally responds only when mentioned or when a supported command is used. Users are responsible for the content they send to Jarvis and for ensuring that they do not submit confidential information they are not allowed to share.

4. Google Workspace and Third-Party Terms

Jarvis operates inside Google Chat and therefore also depends on Google Workspace, Google Chat and Google Cloud services. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable Google terms, administrator settings and workspace policies.

5. AI-Assisted Output

Jarvis may generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, task suggestions or answers from approved context. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Important business, legal, financial, security or technical decisions should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on.

Jarvis is not intended for emergency communication, safety-critical processes, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or any use where a delayed, unavailable or inaccurate response could cause material harm.

6. Availability and Changes

Jarvis is provided as a project communication assistant and may be changed, suspended, limited or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or product development. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise.

7. Confidentiality and Security

Jarvis is designed to separate customer and project scopes. Users must keep confidential information confidential and may not attempt to extract data relating to other customers, projects, internal notes, pricing, credentials, private planning or owner-only context.

If you believe Jarvis exposed information incorrectly or that a Chat space is mapped incorrectly, stop using the app in that space and contact support immediately.

8. Fees

Jarvis itself is currently provided as part of Paulus Development project and support workflows unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any project work, support work, custom development, maintenance or consulting remains governed by the applicable offer, contract or written agreement.

9. Suspension and Termination

Access to Jarvis may be restricted or removed if a user, organization or Chat space violates these terms, creates a security risk, is no longer authorized for the relevant project context, or if a workspace administrator removes the app.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jarvis is provided without warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence unless mandatory law or an individual written agreement provides otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection or conflict-of-law rules require another applicable law. Place of jurisdiction is Portugal where legally permissible.
